How to create, make or write a Business plan?

It is a written document which describe the future of your business. It explain what you want to do and how you plan to.  A business plan is necessary weather you are starting a new business or improving an existing business. A business plan is important for types of business.

So in definition you learn that is  business plan. In  this face I am going describe how a business plan be prepared and some advise form successful business men are also written in this topic.

Eight  steps through which you can prepare a business plan are as follows;

Step one type of Business

Step one is about when you starting a new business, you have to determine the type of business. E.g production or services business. So whenever you are preparing business plan you have an idea that what type of business i am going to establish. If you have already  established your business  than you better know types of your business. So create plan according to or with point in mind that I am going make business  plan about certain type of nature my business have.

Step two gathering information

 It is a second step of making business plan. It involves collecting or gathering information about the type of business you are going to establish. Some people believe that gathering information have no relation with business plan. But researching on this topic I  have noticed that making a business plan  a businessman need to gather the information about  the nature of his business. It create little bit of confession in your mind that how we can gather information? The most important way of gathering information about nature of your business is knowing about the successful business which have already established their place in  the market.

Step three Set the objectives

Objective means " The desire (required result) or the destination where we want to reach. This is the 3rd step in making a business plan. It require to list those objectives on which you going to work for your organization desired result. Objective really create the roads map towards final destination. Making a good business plan your organization objective must be written. For example a welfare society or NGOs objective is to help community and provide free goods and services etc.

Step four  Policies

Business polices means making a statement that guidelines action of employees and managers  or it draws boundaries for an action. So through making best policies business will able to

Make perfect decisions and work on that decisions for an action. Making a good polices in plan helps business to promote himself to  internal and external people. For example google policies whenever you sign up to google they tell all of there policies. In this way  they make you aware about there policies. So if you do anything bad or against google policies they will block your account. Similarly your company also perform or make policies like that.

Step five Procedure

Procedure is "specific or

establish way of doing something".

Procedure is like method it list all

work in specific orders and finds they

way that how you can accomplish them

according to their importance

for business. So make procedure during your business plan.

Step six Rules

Rules means what is allowed

and what is not in specific situation and in

specific country. So different countries have

different rules for business. So make sure you

study or examine the rules of your country

before making a business plan. Through

internet you search the rules of your country

about business and after searching rule create a business plan remaining within the rule.

Step seven Budget

As  like government make plan for budget, your business must prepare plan or add full detail about budget in your business plan. What budget means " it is an estimation of Revenue and expenses". If you  still not start a business and going to start business

this point is confusing for you. So again I will say if you do reaseach about top organization you will find there estimation of revenue and expenses or you can either contact someone who have experience of business budget. Some manager or directors which you a point in your organization  if they estimate revenue and expenses give this responsibility to them.

For example  promoters these are person who

know about business complete structure .

Step eight Strategy

Every company makes business plan about their strategy with competitor in mind or to compete in market  with others competitors. Competing in the market means the product you produce should be able to compete with other e.g their quality must be high and  their price must be low.

Remember that without business plan you can't not become successful entrepreneur or businessman. So make hard work in preparing plan.

As the Colin Powell said " There is no secrets to success. Its the result of hard work, preparation and learning from mistakes.

 If you fail to make a perfect plan than try again as the great inventor Mr Thomus Edison said " There is a way to do it better. "
